Stray Dog Refuses To Leave His Pregnant German Shepherd Friend Until She’s Safe
The loyalty that dogs put on display as their most valuable trait somehow never ceases to surprise us! Recently, the photo of a small, fluffy dog called Murphy, sitting next to his injured buddy, German Shepherd, Marley, warmed thousands of hearts all over the world!Turns out, Marley had broken bones in her legs and was severely injured, but her stray buddy refused to leave her side. He stuck with her all the way, showing pure love and loyalty that only a dog can show!
Nobody exactly knows how Marley ended up being seriously injured, but it is assumed that she was hit by a car. When she was found on the side of the road in Muscoy, California, she could barely lift her head up.It was as if it was meant for Faith Easdale, the volunteer from Dream Fletchers: Project Rescue, in Huntington Beach, CA, to pick this bonded pair of canines and provide them with so much needed care.When she finally got them to a hospital, X-rays revealed many broken bones in Marley, which is why she needed casts on two of her legs. But, that wasn’t all! The X-rays also showed a really special surprise – she was pregnant with 11 puppies!
